Run by a small team of highly experienced educators, we have a proven track record of turning around the lives of children and young people who have not been able to manage the constraints of main stream schooling.

We work with young people, reengaging them with education, getting them qualifications; repairing their confidence and self-esteeem and preparing them for the next stage of ther educational journey.

If we assume Essex has 30–50 SEMH-focused or inclusive special schools, and each school serves 30–100 pupils, the total number of SEMH pupils in specialist settings could range from 1,000 to 3,000.
With average annual fees for independent SEMH schools ranging from £40,000 to £80,000 per pupil, the market value could be estimated at £40 million to £240 million annually.

Building on the proven success of our flagship school, The Cordium School, we aspire to expand our transformative model of specialist education across the region. Our vision is to establish three to four additional schools over the next five years, each rooted in the same values of compassion, individualised support, and therapeutic learning.
Each new school will:

• Deliver tailored education and therapeutic care that empowers students to thrive.

Through this expansion, we aim to reach more families, reduce placement pressures on local authorities, and ensure that every child—regardless of their challenges—has access to the support they need to succeed.
